Questions about the voucher

Does the voucher expire?

No. The balance stays on the code until it is used up.

Can I give the voucher by email?

Yes. It arrives as a PDF by email right after payment. Forward the email, or print the voucher and hand it over in person.

Where do I redeem it?

In the cart, in the «Voucher code» field. The balance shows there as soon as the code is entered.

What if the order costs more than the balance?

The voucher value is deducted, and you pay the rest by card or TWINT.

Is the voucher good for all T-Shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts?

Yes. The balance is good for all T-Shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts in the shop, in every colour and size.

Does it work as a birthday gift voucher or a Christmas gift voucher?

Yes. Birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day or a simple thank you: the voucher arrives right away as a PDF, which makes it a last-minute gift too.

Can I combine it with the newsletter code?

One code per order: either the gift voucher or the newsletter code.

Can it be paid out in cash?

No. The balance is for orders in the shop.

Can I have a personal message printed?

Yes. Write it in the «Personal message» field when you buy. It is printed on the PDF and repeated in the email.
