Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders you place as a consumer through the online shop alplust.ch. Your contractual partner is Design Tronic GmbH, Kantonstrasse 20, 6207 Nottwil (referred to below as “we”). We deliver within Switzerland only.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation for you to place an order. By completing the order process through Stripe Checkout, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

The order process has the following steps: you add items to the cart. In the cart you can change the quantity and selection at any time or remove items. At checkout you enter your delivery and payment details and can check and correct them before buying. By clicking the payment button you place your binding order.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include any applicable value added tax. The price shown in the shop at the time of the order applies.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs may be added to the item prices. The applicable shipping costs are shown to you before you complete the order, at checkout. Above a certain order value we deliver free of shipping charges; the relevant amount is likewise shown at checkout.

5. Payment methods

Payment is processed through the payment provider Stripe. Cards, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available. Billing is exclusively in Swiss francs (CHF).

Gift vouchers: vouchers bought on alplust.ch are valid for purchasing products in this shop. The voucher value is deducted at checkout; any remaining balance stays on the same code and can be redeemed with later orders. Vouchers do not expire, are not paid out in cash and cannot be combined with promotion codes. One code can be redeemed per order.

6. Production and delivery

Our products are made to order using print-on-demand, individually for you, only after you place your order. Production usually takes around 2 to 5 working days, plus the shipping time on top. These figures are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery times. We deliver only to addresses in Switzerland.

7. Returns and exchanges

Because every item is produced specifically for you, voluntary exchanges and voluntary returns are excluded. Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for an online purchase. You can find our arrangements for defective or wrongly delivered items on the Returns and exchanges page.

8. Warranty and defects

If an item is defective, damaged or misprinted on arrival, we replace it free of charge. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the purchase price and the shipping costs. Further warranty claims are excluded; for defects concealed fraudulently, the statutory rights apply. To arrange this, contact us within 14 days of receipt by email at info@alplust.ch, enclosing a photo of the defect if possible.

9. Liability

We are not liable for slight negligence, to the extent the law permits such an exclusion. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

11. Applicable law

Swiss law applies.
