Frequently asked questions

Our garments are unisex styles. The available sizes are shown right on the product page, along with a size chart listing chest width and length in centimetres. Measure a garment that fits you well and compare the figures before ordering. Because each item is printed to order just for you, we can’t exchange it for a different size.

Expect around 4 to 8 working days: 2 to 5 working days for printing and dispatch preparation, then 2 to 3 working days for delivery. We ship throughout Switzerland.

You can pay securely by credit card or TWINT; Apple Pay and Google Pay are available too. All prices are shown in Swiss francs.

Because every item is printed to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just email info@alplust.ch with your order number and a photo.

Turn the garment inside out before washing and wash it cool, together with similar colours. Skip the bleach and don’t iron directly over the print. A tumble dryer is harder on the fabric and print than drying in the air. The care instructions on the sewn-in label are the binding ones. If your item arrives with a defect, we replace it free of charge; marks that come from washing are not part of that.

No. Our items are produced in Europe; Swiss VAT is already included in the price and we pay it over. You pay no import VAT at your door. If a delivery service should ever charge you a fee, contact us and we will cover it.
