Which size should I choose?
Our garments are unisex styles. The available sizes are shown right on the product page, along with a size chart listing chest width and length in centimetres. Measure a garment that fits you well and compare the figures before ordering. We do not offer exchanges; please check the size chart before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Expect around 4 to 8 working days: 2 to 5 working days for printing and dispatch preparation, then 2 to 3 working days for delivery. We ship throughout Switzerland.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely by credit card or TWINT; Apple Pay and Google Pay are available too. All prices are shown in Swiss francs.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Within 14 days of receipt you can return an unworn item. Email info@alplust.ch first with your order number and a photo, and you will receive the return address. Returns by mail only, well packed; you pay the return postage. We refund the value of the goods within 14 days of receiving it. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it free of charge: send us a photo in which the defect is visible. We do not offer exchanges: simply order the size or colour you want again.
How do I wash my garment?
Turn the garment inside out before washing and wash it cool, together with similar colours. Skip the bleach and don’t iron directly over the print. A tumble dryer is harder on the fabric and print than drying in the air. The care instructions on the sewn-in label are the binding ones. If your item arrives with a defect, we replace it free of charge; marks that come from washing are not part of that.
Will I have to pay import charges?
No. Our items are produced in Europe; Swiss VAT is already included in the price and we pay it over. You pay no import VAT at your door. If a delivery service should ever charge you a fee, contact us and we will cover it.
