No statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases

For an online purchase, Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal or return and no withdrawal period. Unlike in the EU, Switzerland has no 14-day period for orders placed over the internet within which you can cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

Why we do not offer exchanges

Every item is printed using print-on-demand, specifically for you, only after you place your order. It is therefore an item made to your selection. For this reason, a return or exchange because of a simple change of mind or a wrong size choice is excluded. So before ordering, do take a look at our size chart on the relevant product page.

Defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items

Of course you should receive what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we replace it free of charge.

Here is how to proceed:

• Write to us within 14 days of receipt, by email at info@alplust.ch.
• Include your order number.
• Attach a photo showing the defect if possible.

We will then get back to you with the next steps and send you a replacement free of charge.

Your rights if an item is defective

If a replacement is not possible, we refund the purchase price and the shipping costs. The details are set out in our terms and conditions.
