Returns within 14 days

For an online purchase, Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal. We still offer a voluntary return: you can send an item back within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

How to proceed

• Write to us within 14 days of receipt, by email at info@alplust.ch, with your order number.
• Attach a photo of the item. For a defect, the defect must be visible in the photo.
• We reply with the return address in Switzerland. Please do not send anything before you have our reply: the address on the parcel is not our return address.
• Post the item to the address we give you. You pay the return postage. We accept returns by mail only, no drop-off in person.
• Pack the item well protected, for example in its original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, so it is neither damaged nor soiled in transit. We only refund an item that reaches us clean and undamaged.

Refund

Once the item has arrived and is in the required condition, we refund the value of the goods within 14 days to the payment method you used, card or TWINT. The order’s shipping costs and the return postage are not refunded. For a partial return, you keep the other items at the price paid; we do not charge shipping afterwards. We do not offer exchanges: simply order the size or colour you want again.

Defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we replace it free of charge. Write to us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo in which the defect is visible. You do not need to send the item back. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the purchase price including shipping costs. If no defect is visible in the photo, we handle the request as an ordinary return.
